We broke ground on our latest development only five houses on the edge of El Medio Bluff at Pacific Palisades. We demolished and cleared the lot, and just finished the basement. The framers are working hard and already finished framing the basement.

Drexel Construction Management team worked hard securing the entitlements for this project. We worked with LA City Planning, California Coastal Commission, LA Department of Building & Safety, the the local HOA to approve the design and pull all necessary permits.

This traditional style home with modern touches is approximately 5,500 sqft. The first floor boosts an open floor plan with living room with a fireplace and a dining room. The family room and large open kitchen with pantry room lead to the large backyard via Fleetwood glass doors.

Upstairs we designed four spacious bedrooms, gorgeous bathrooms, and balconies with partial ocean views. There is also an open deck for relaxation with stairs leading to a large open rooftop deck with BBQ and Jacuzzi. The views from the rooftop should be incredible when completed.

The basement level consists of a large family room, exercise room, theater room, full bar, and a one bedroom suite with its own full bathroom and closet.

The project is scheduled to be completed January 2018. No asking price has been established yet. We’ll share move pictures as the project progresses.
